B2B Marketing Agency Finland
9 B2B marketing agencies in Finland, every one checked on its own website rather than lifted from a directory.
This guide is written for someone buying in English — so it says plainly which agencies actually operate in English, and which have an English page over a business that does not.
How B2B marketing is bought in Finland
The controlling law is the Act on Electronic Communications Services (917/2014): § 200 requires prior consent for direct marketing to a natural person, § 202 permits direct marketing to an organisation unless it has expressly opted out.
The trap is the asemavaltuus (position-based authority) doctrine: firstname.lastname@company.fi is treated as a natural person's address, so consent is required unless what you are selling is substantially related to that person's job — and you must document the assessment before you start.
HubSpot is the organising platform — Finland has an unusually deep partner bench for its size, spanning Elite, Diamond, Platinum and Gold tiers, and a Finnish agency describing itself as B2B is usually a HubSpot shop first.
The client base is heavy industry — Nokia, Konecranes, UPM, SSAB, Stora Enso, Metso, Sulzer, Valtra, MacGregor, Kemppi — so agency craft is strong on explaining complicated machines to global buying committees and thinner on consumer-adjacent brand work.
Consolidation is live: Valve acquired Advance B2B in April 2025 and rebranded to Valve One, Myynninmaailma absorbed Differo in 2022, and Luxid took private-equity money from Voland Partners in 2024.
Aboad publishes the only euro-denominated Finnish rate found anywhere; the dominant model is a monthly retainer for a named cross-functional team, and third-party $100–199/hr figures are directory-supplied and unverified.
The trade body is Marketing Finland (VoxComm's older list names MTL — Markkinointiviestinnän Toimistojen Liitto as predecessor; the merger is unconfirmed on either organisation's own site), which is the closest thing to an independent register of who is real.
An English page is not an English agency
Agencies serving international B2B (Luxid, Valve One, Kaksio Labs, UP Finland, Aboad, Avidly) run English-first or genuinely bilingual operations, while a large tier of competent domestic agencies is effectively closed to an English-speaking buyer. Several have a full English homepage over a Finnish-only body — test three deep URLs before you believe the English site.
This matters more than any ranking. An agency whose canonical site sits in the local language with an /en/ stub bolted on will usually deliver in that language too — fine if you have a local team, expensive if you do not.
Of the 9 agencies here, 4 are genuinely English-first. Filter on it below.
9 B2B marketing agencies in Finland
Not a ranking. Every one was verified on its own website, and where an agency publishes nothing — no clients, no fees, no team size — the card says so rather than filling the gap.
Filter by what you need, where they are, and whether they work in English.
B2B email in Finland
The UK carves business recipients out of its direct-marketing rules. Most of Europe does not, and assuming otherwise is the most expensive mistake a foreign buyer makes here.
The regulator is Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto).
Ask any agency to explain its lawful basis before you sign. If they cannot, that is your answer.
What it costs, and why almost nobody will tell you
Of the 9 agencies verified for this page, one publishes a rate card.
That is not evasiveness so much as convention — European B2B agencies scope per engagement and quote privately. But it does mean any price range you find online for this market is somebody's estimate, not a published rate.
So rather than invent a range, here is exactly what is published, quoted as written.
The brief
Approaching agencies in a market you do not operate in makes a comparable brief more important, not less.
Answer five questions and every agency is quoting for the same thing.
Then take it to the list above, or to the eleven UK agencies if you are comparing across markets.

Ordered alphabetically, not ranked.

Clients they name: MacGregor, Caplan, Mint of Finland Ltd, Suomen 16100 Oy, Causalytics, Top Marine

Avidly
Helsinki · English-first
The correct entry for a buyer needing one HubSpot partner covering all four Nordic countries in English — Helsinki HQ with Oslo, Stockholm, Aarhus, UK, Sydney, Auckland and Waukee offices.
Disciplines: MarTech
Clients they name: none published on their own site
Fees: not published
Credentials: HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner · HubSpot Global Partner of the Year five times (per Avidly, 2026) · Inc. Best Places to Work
Genuinely pan-Nordic despite Finnish roots. Their own current site says five Global Partner of the Year awards, older Danish material says three
Blink Helsinki
Helsinki · Fully bilingual
A real Helsinki HubSpot shop covering growth strategy, creative and HubSpot CMS build, but nothing about it is independently verifiable beyond the badge.
Disciplines: Brand & creative · Content · Demand gen · Paid media · MarTech
Clients they name: none published on their own site
Fees: not published
Credentials: HubSpot Gold Partner
No named clients extractable — logo wall is images only. English site is incomplete: several English URLs 404 and the footer is Finnish-only
Kaksio Labs
Helsinki · English-first
Positions as the leading technical HubSpot partner — integrations, data migrations, custom CMS modules and applications rather than campaign work.
Disciplines: MarTech
Clients they name: Noux Digital
Fees: not published
Credentials: HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner (per HubSpot's own marketplace listing)
Correct domain is kaks.io, not kaksiolabs.com
Luxid
Helsinki · 160+ staff · English-first
English-only site with five offices including London, Dayton and Austin, and the BBN partner for Finland — but the 160+ headcount is a five-country total, so ask how many people touch your account.
Disciplines: Brand & creative · Demand gen · MarTech · Content
Clients they name: Swisslog, Kemppi, Dell Technologies, Amadeus
Fees: not published
Credentials: BBN partner for Finland · More Agency network
Do not publish a founding year — third-party sources give 2001, 2018 and 2022 and the own site gives none. ID BBN and Luxid are one entity, not two
Myynninmaailma
Seinäjoki · Local language only
The clearest "good agency, wrong language" case in Finland — four offices and verifiable credentials, but no English site at all.
Disciplines: Brand & creative · Content · MarTech · Demand gen
Clients they name: none published on their own site
Fees: not published
Credentials: Google Partner 2026 (verified against Google's own partner directory, agency id 7124892676) · HubSpot Platinum (per HubSpot marketplace) · Liana Technologies partner
No English site; include only if the reader is fine working in Finnish. Incorporates Differo, which has been part of Myynninmaailma since 2022
Sales Communications
City not stated · Fully bilingual
Advertises a fixed-price model for HubSpot engagements and publishes ROI and TCO calculators as the pre-sale artefact, but no rate card.
Disciplines: MarTech · Demand gen · Paid media · Content
Clients they name: Foamit, Scales, Eduhouse, QOCO, Tamtron
Fees: not published
Credentials: HubSpot Diamond Partner · HubSpot Platform Solutions Partner
Registration: Business ID 2461020-9
City not stated on their own site; third-party listings say Espoo — unverified. English layer is thinner: /en/about-us 404s and the footer reverts to Finnish
UP Finland (UP There, Everywhere)
Helsinki · est. 2011 · 175+ staff · English-first
A cloud-based distributed global agency with a Helsinki presence rather than a Finnish agency in the conventional sense.
Disciplines: Brand & creative · Content · Demand gen
Clients they name: Congenica
Fees: not published
Valve One
Helsinki · around one hundred staff · Fully bilingual
Formerly Valve Branding plus Advance B2B — the two merged in April 2025 and must not be listed twice; the Diamond HubSpot tier that was Advance B2B's now sits here.
Disciplines: Brand & creative · MarTech · Demand gen
Clients they name: Nokia, Konecranes, UPM, SSAB, Stora Enso, Valtra, Qt, Raute, Metso, Y Soft, Sulzer
Fees: not published
Credentials: HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner · E3 International Agency Network member (confirmed on e3network.com) · Google Partner · FIBS · NATO Codification System · Kasvajat 2024
Registration: Business ID 1884268-7 (Valve Branding Oy)
Merger: Valve Branding acquired Advance B2B on 30 April 2025 and the combined agency is Valve One. advanceb2b.fi is retired as an independent brand
B2B marketing in Finland — FAQ
How this page was built
Every agency was verified on its own website in July 2026 — not from Clutch, Sortlist, GoodFirms or any other directory.
Where an agency's own site does not publish a founding year, a team size, a client name or a fee, this page says "not published" rather than sourcing it from somewhere less reliable.
The regulator position is cited to Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto), and the trade body to Marketing Finland (VoxComm's older list names MTL — Markkinointiviestinnän Toimistojen Liitto as predecessor; the merger is unconfirmed on either organisation's own site).
What is deliberately absent. No price range for this market, because only 1 of 9 agencies publish one and the rest would be guesswork. No ranking, because there is no comparable data on which to rank. And no agency that we could only find on a directory — if a firm has no site of its own that we could read, it is not on this page.
Buying across several markets? The UK guide is the deepest one we publish.
